wow, everyone basically said everything there is to say...I do think that it is fair to say the earth is being destroyed and created, diverging and converging are continuously happening, so the earth is continuously being created and destroyed.
What about extending the argument BEYOND volcanoes? only mike p was headed in that direction....what about mountains (i.e. the Appalachians) that were created millions of years ago. Are they being destroyed? Well, the answer is....
